The Words That Come Out Of Your Mouth

English lessons never get old. At least not in the universes of Taffy Stuck and Tongue Tied, Educated Tatya and KK. So…
The past tense of stink is stank. Swim - swam. Sing - sang. Shrink - shrank. Shit - shat. Sink* - sank. She sung the song well is gramatically incorrect. Sung is the past participle and it requires an auxiliary verb in between - such as has or had. So, it’s either She sang the song well or She has sung the song well. When you accidentally shrink a shirt, you shrank it and you have shrunk it. It shrank. Not It shrunk. That’s like saying I gone to Egypt last year.
One of these days, the vein is going to pop and leave a sea of slain bad English-users in its wake. Save yourself.
* Sync/synch is a made up verb, so it doesn’t really have a formal past tense form. But if you must use it, stick with sync-ed/synched instead of sanc/sanch.
